Fashion was surprisingly fun and interesting as we explored how to create unusual form that didn't have to follow the common conception of how 'Fashion' must be - roughly translated as, it doesn't have to be obviously beautiful, just visual intriguing.
So here is arange of photos to which demontrates the development of ideas and experimention with where shapes and forms could be placed so as to create an effective piece/s.

Gordon Chung - London 2012 Xmas
During my trip to London, the fine art tutor's arranged a fantastic oppertunity to meet with a Gordon Chung to which we were able to see where and how he worked. I found his concepts and techniques very interesting. His work uses mixed media, with interesting techniques such as layers of collage, unusual painting techniques and highly pixelated photographs as well as charred newspaper being moulded with glue into what looked like long pieces of drift wood.
'Going For a Walk with a Line'
Another day project were we reflected character and physical attribrutes in continuous lines - blind drawn, only look at the model and not at the page, left handed until the point it actually felt natural and without ever taking the pencil/graphite of the page. The techniques are similiar to those used by Matisse in his drawings. And later we transfered this technique of continuous lines on to Wire Portraits.
